Either apply it to a gel that has cured to a maximum of 80% and cures without a dispersion layer, such as Royal Gel or 1S Gel, for an even holo effect. Or rub it into a gel that cures with a dispersion layer and is also only 80% cured for a look like microscopic diamonds on the nail. Simply spectacular. Then, for both application methods and effects: fully cure and secure with an acid-free primer on the nail and free edge. Next, apply a layer of Cool Top Gel, cure for a few seconds, then apply a second layer of Cool Top Gel on the nail, and fully cure to enjoy it for a long time.
