The nail cutter — colloquially also called a nail clipper — is the tool for safely shortening natural nails and longer enhancements. Its curved shape follows the natural curvature of the nail and is especially helpful with extreme shapes, for example when stiletto or particularly long nails no longer fit in a classic tip cutter.

The practical catch handle collects the cut nail clippings directly — your workspace stays clean, and you can keep working without interruption. Whether shortening before a refill or trimming the free edge: the cut is controlled and without pulling on the material.

Like all metal instruments, the nail cutter should be dried after removing organic residue (dust, skin particles) and sprayed entirely with an instrument disinfectant — such as CrystalSept. After an exposure time of 1 to 1.5 minutes, rinse, dry and store. This keeps the tool hygienically ready for use — for nail designers who also want to safely shorten extreme lengths and special shapes.
