Barbara II — the painting brush for acrylic paints

The Barbara II is a natural hair design brush with a precise tip and a short hair length of 7.5 mm — a small, fine tool for artistic work. Its very thin natural hair tip is made for water-soluble acrylic paints; this type of brush is often also referred to as a painting or line brush.

It is used for patterns, contours and shading: when decorating with acrylic paints, it is the right choice for drawing lines, setting contours and painting shadows — classic nail art painting, as needed for floral and figurative designs. The short, supple hair length gives you good control over every stroke.

Clean thoroughly after work, close with the cap and store with the tip facing down — this keeps the shape intact. Before first use, carefully remove the factory glue from the bristles, otherwise it can come loose during work and cause a yellowish tint. The counterpart for gel work is the Barbara I (Classic) with synthetic hair.
