The 0 short brush is a very thin, elastic design brush with synthetic hair and a short hair length of 6 mm. The compact tip — often referred to as a detail or contour brush — gives you maximum control for delicate work: gel patterns, contours and the smile line turn out precisely, even if you have little practice yet. For contour lines with watercolour cream paint, you can keep a separate 0 short ready so the techniques don't mix.
After work, clean the brush between two layers of dry paper towels; cleanser dries out the hair and should only be used if gel has already gotten into the ferrule. Before first use, remove the factory glue — stroke over the tip with your fingertip and gently loosen the bristles — then saturate the hair with clear builder gel. If you store the brush with the cap on and tip facing down, the shape is maintained and residual moisture can escape.
The counterpart for long, drawn-out lines is the 0 Long with 10 mm hair length.
Especially recommended for longer nails and longer, continuous designs where uninterrupted lines are the focus. Perfect for demanding techniques and spectacular nail designs.
