Dot magnet – the small tip for great pattern variety
Not every cat-eye look should be a straight stripe: this small magnet works with a pointed tip that focuses the magnetic field on a small area. This lets you create entirely different patterns and shapes in magnetic gel polish – from a concentrated point of light to playful effects that are not possible with a wide stripe magnet.
The technique remains the same as with the classic TigerEye – colloquially known as the “cat-eye effect”: apply the magnetic polish, hold the tip just above the wet surface until the desired pattern forms, then cure and seal.
For nail designers who want to offer their clients more than the standard stripe, the dot magnet is the creative complementary tool to the extra-strong TigerEye magnet – small in size, big in pattern variety.
